Images to PDF

Convert JPG and PNG images to a single PDF in your browser. Fit or A4 pages, free, no upload, local processing.

Are images uploaded?

No. Conversion runs in your browser; images stay on your device. Local conversion is ideal for passport scans and medical photos that should not hit public upload queues. This keeps the workflow aligned with other free Power Tools PDF utilities on the same site.

Can I convert JPG to PDF gratis / free online?

Yes. Add one or more JPG/JPEG (or PNG) files, choose Fit or A4 page mode, then download a single PDF. Multi-file order follows your upload list. Processing stays in the browser with no account or daily cap.

Can I upload a ZIP and turn it into a PDF?

No. This tool does not unpack arbitrary ZIP archives. Add image files directly (JPG/PNG). If your photos are inside a ZIP, extract them on your computer first, then select the images here.

Which image formats work?

JPG/JPEG and PNG are supported in this version. Animated GIFs are not supported—export a still PNG frame first if needed. This keeps the workflow aligned with other free Power Tools PDF utilities on the same site.

How is page order decided?

Pages follow the order you added files in the upload list. Drag order in the file list is the source of truth for page order in the output PDF. This keeps the workflow aligned with other free Power Tools PDF utilities on the same site.

What does A4 mode do?

Each image is scaled to fit inside an A4 page and centered with margins preserved relatively. A4 mode letterboxes the image; it does not crop unless the image is already smaller than the page. This keeps the workflow aligned with other free Power Tools PDF utilities on the same site.

Any limits?

Up to 40 images, 15 MB each, to keep browser memory stable. If the tab runs out of memory, convert in batches of ten and merge the resulting PDFs afterward.

Is quality reduced?

Images are embedded as-is (PNG/JPEG). A4 scaling may resample visually when viewing; originals remain in the PDF stream when Fit is used at native size. Embedded images keep their original compression; we do not recompress JPEG payloads on Fit mode.

HEIC from iPhone?

Convert HEIC to JPG/PNG first with your OS or Image Format Converter workflows, then import here. Use the OS Photos export or Image Format Converter workflows before importing HEIC.

Is it free?

Yes—free, no login, browser-local. Ads may appear outside the tool workspace; the conversion path itself stays free.

Best mode for printing?

Choose A4 for standard office printers; use Fit when you want exact pixel page sizes for screen reading. Print shops usually expect A4 or Letter; Fit pages may confuse drivers that assume fixed paper sizes.

Can I append an existing PDF?

Create the image PDF here, then use Merge PDF to combine with other PDF chapters. Merge PDF accepts the output of this tool as just another PDF chapter in a longer packet.
